COOLASER, a laser workshop in Gaeta (LT), produces custom corporate gifts, promotional items and business gifts for companies and brands throughout Italy and abroad, with the logo, names or variable data. It engraves and marks pens, water bottles, chopping boards, glasses, bottles and keyrings in glass, wood, leather and metal, supplied by the workshop or by the company. The quote is requested through the online form.
Custom corporate gifts and promotional items: what they are and when they are needed
Custom corporate gifts and promotional items are everyday objects bearing a company's logo or name, which carry the brand every time they are used. They are used at trade fairs and events, in promotional campaigns, in welcome kits for new employees and as gifts for customers and suppliers. With laser engraving the logo becomes part of the object: it does not peel off or fade like a print. At trade fairs the items can also be personalised live with Laser Live.

Corporate merchandise with the engraved brand
Corporate merchandise is the line of branded items that a company, brand or shop gives away or sells. The same logo is applied to different materials with the process suited to each: engraving on glass, wood and leather, marking on steel and metals, including colour marking on stainless steel. On wood, acrylic, leather and cork the item can also be cut to shape, for example a keyring in the outline of the logo, and engraved in the same job. Merchandise is produced in one-off or repeat batches.
Business gifts for customers, employees and occasions
A business gift engraved with the recipient's name remains a unique item even when it is part of a series. With variable data each piece carries a different name, role or number, from a list supplied by the company. The occasions are end-of-year celebrations, an anniversary, the opening of new premises, a thank-you to a customer. An engraved wooden chopping board, a water bottle with each employee's name or a bottle with the logo and the date of the event are business gifts made in Italy, in the COOLASER workshop.
Product personalisation for companies
Product personalisation for companies also covers items that a company already makes, buys or sells, which COOLASER engraves with the brand, a text or variable data. The company ships the items to the workshop, which engraves them and ships them back throughout Italy and abroad; on request, drop-off and collection can take place at the workshop. This is the case of the manufacturer who wants its brand on its own products, or the shop that personalises the goods it sells.

The materials of custom corporate gifts and promotional items are:
- Glass: glasses, wine glasses and bottles.
- Stainless steel and other metals: water bottles, tumblers, pens and keyrings; colour marking on stainless steel too.
- Wood: chopping boards, keyrings, coasters and tags.
- Leather and acrylic: keyrings and tags; display stands in acrylic too.
- Cork, felt and slate: coasters.
- Fabric: T-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts and bags, with DTF printing.

How it works
Custom corporate gifts are ordered in three steps.
- Request. The form states items, quantities and lead time, with the logo and any list of names attached.
- Quote. The workshop checks the files and proposes the right process for each material.
- Production and delivery. After confirmation the items are engraved and shipped, throughout Italy and abroad, or, on request, collected from the workshop.
What to prepare
A quote for corporate gifts needs:
- The logo in a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF or DXF) or, failing that, in PNG or JPG.
- The list of names or numbers for the variable data, for example in an XLS file.
- For items supplied by the company, a photo and the dimensions; without files, dimensions and a description are enough.
The form accepts up to 10 files, 20 MB each and 30 MB in total.

There is no fixed minimum quantity: an order can start from a single piece. The price per piece depends on the item and the quantity, and each request is assessed with a quote.
Can a different name be engraved on each item?
Yes, with variable data each piece carries a different name, number or QR code. The list is attached to the form, in an XLS file too.
Can items the company has already bought be personalised?
Yes, the items can be supplied by the company, shipped to the workshop. The request states material and dimensions.
Does a laser-engraved logo wear off with use?
No, laser engraving is part of the surface of the item: it does not peel off or fade like a print.
How long does a series of corporate gifts take?
The lead time is chosen in the form: standard, urgent or by a set date, for example that of a trade fair or an event. The delivery date is confirmed with the quote, based on the item and the quantity.
